The house is more than 100 years old and has been completely renovated 2 years ago including building a new floor with a large indoor and outdoor terrace. The house has 4 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 5 large bedrooms.
We have 2 flats in the house. On the first floor you have our historical Spanish flat and on the 2 floor you have our modern Spanish flat. The ground floor use to be a blacksmith. Here hare you have a large cozy Livingroom with a fireplace you can use. The stairs connect the first floor, the second floor and the terrace. Everybody can access the terrace. Here you have an indoor terrace with a kitchen, an outdoor shower, a toilet and a large outdoor terrace with table, lounge area and a large gas grill. The whole house has high speed internet.
The historical Spanish flat really gives you a feeling of the traditional Spanish houses. Tiles that are more than 100 years old, round ceilings, stone walls and 2 French terraces. The flat is restored and have a large kitchen with plenty of pace linked to the living room. The flat also have a nice entrance area with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
This flat has been restored and redecorated. It used to be a place with many small rooms and low ceilings. We have now created a large combined kitchen living room with very high ceilings and light coming in from the terrace. We have maintained stone walls in part of the flat. It is a very nice combined room and there is air-condition in this area. The flat also has 2 nice bedrooms and a bathroom.
Golf opportunities in the area is both great and very close to the house. Just one kilometer away is the greatest par 3 golf course in Spain. It is open for beginners and also a great challenge for good golfers. Just 3,5 kilometers away is 2 great 18 holes golf courses at Emporda golf club, 9 kilometres away an old European tour course in pals and 45 minutes away 2 of Europe’s best golf courses in PGA Catalonia.
Padel is the 2 largest sport in Spain and you have options of playing Padel an many places. We have deals with Padel Gualta with 4 new courses just 1 kilometer away from the house. We also have agreements with another 4 courses including 1 single course in Montpla padel I tennis léstertit, just 4 kilometers from the house.
Torroella de Montgrí is six kilometers from the sea, and its old town is surrounded by walks following the old Roman defensive wall, remains of which can still be seen. With around 12000 inhabitants the town is a local center and not a town with many tourists. There are many bars, café´s, restaurant’s and local shops, a very nice place to be regardless of the time of the year.
